About Us
Mason County Emergency Communications (MACECOM) is the 911 communications center serving all of Mason County, Washington. As the county’s primary public safety answering point (PSAP), we provide critical call-taking and dispatch services for law enforcement, fire, EMS, and tribal agencies—24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our mission is to connect the public with emergency services quickly, accurately, and professionally when it matters most.
Our organization is guided by five core leadership principles: Vision, Accountability, Leadership, Ethics, and Teamwork. These values shape everything we do—from how we train and support our staff to how we collaborate with our public safety partners.
